FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS...

Where is the studio located?

We are located at 7000 Parkwood Blvd, Ste C400, Frisco, TX 75034.

(Please make sure GPS says Frisco, not Plano). The studio is located in the back on the north side of the building development.

Can we bring other family members?

Yes, this is a session of your pet with the family. We want your entire immediate family involved within the session. It's not a family portrait if we are missing someone.

Can we buy portraits? How much do people invest?

Of course, you will have the ability to purchase those images you fall in love with at your viewing session right after your portrait session. We have a range of options available depending on where you are decorating in your home.

We see our families invest between $1,500-$2,000 when they fall in love with everything, some spend more, a lot spend less.

Can we purchase more portraits later? Do you keep the files?

No. It’s important that all decision makers (spouse, grandma, etc.) are with you since this appointment is the only time you will have to make a purchase.

How long is the session?

The entire Platinum Experience will last around 1.5-2 hours.

20-30 minutes with our skilled photographer

45 minutes with our designer choosing your favorite image(s)

All decision makers must be present. While you wait to view your portraits, we have comfy seating, refreshments, and space for kids and pets to play.

Have you thought about what to wear?

We suggest keeping it simple. Jeans are great, solid color top, nothing with a crazy pattern that could distract. Think head to toe. We will be doing some close up & full length poses so feet & accessories will show

Can I choose the background?

No. Our timeless gray background compliments all skin tones, any color palette that you dress in, as well as the decor of the room that you display these portraits in. Today and in 30 years it will still be in style.

Can I just get digital files?

Yes…and No. It's been proven physical printed portraits on display in your home can create significance and belonging for children as well as strengthen and empower all of those who are a part of this. It's a reminder of what's most important which is togetherness, family, and love. That seriousness is our heart's desire! A digital image on your phone or social media can not create that so we empower wall portraits.

Note: digital copies are included in wall portrait collections, allowing you to use or reproduce as you like up to an 8x10-inch size...while benefiting from a portrait in your home and we do offer digital packages with a minimum of 6 images.

How much do I pay to schedule the session?

A $300 session fee is required to ensure that everyone shows up for their scheduled time. We reserve the studio for one family at a time to give you a custom experience.
